Default running bad - 2 hands for review

I've had one of the worst online poker weeks of my life and I'd like some feedbackon a few hands. I'll resist the nearly overwhelming urge to post the obvious bad beats (all in gutshots hitting, 4 outers, etc.) and instead post a few hands I probably misplayed.

Hand 1:

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (9 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Button ($188.45)
Hero ($149.50)
BB ($180.90)
UTG ($126)
UTG+1 ($100)
MP1 ($124.10)
MP2 ($59.30)
MP3 ($259.36)
CO ($136.25)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. Hero posts a blind of $0.50.
<font color="#666666">7 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero (poster) raises to $3.5</font>, BB calls $3.

Flop: ($8) K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, BB checks.

Turn: ($8) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $7</font>, BB calls $7.

River: ($22) A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">BB bets $15</font>, Hero calls $15.

Final Pot: $52

Results in white below: <font color="#FFFFFF">
Hero has Ad Ac (three of a kind, aces).
BB has Jd Th (straight, ace high).
Outcome: BB wins $52. </font>

I realize mistake #1 was not betting the flop.
I check call the river cause there's quite a few drawing hands that beat me, and I actually feel I'm beat when the A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] hits.

Hand 2:
Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (9 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

MP1 ($192.65)
Hero ($103.85)
MP3 ($260.80)
CO ($135.50)
Button ($98.50)
SB ($106.70)
BB ($114.65)
UTG ($288.56)
UTG+1 ($107.80)

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.50.
<font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $4</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, Button calls $4, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>.

Flop: ($9.50) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $7</font>, Button calls $7.

Turn: ($23.50) 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $15</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $30</font>, Hero folds.

Final Pot: $68.50

Results in white below: <font color="#FFFFFF">
No showdown. Button wins $68.50. </font>

Is this fold too weak? I figure he hit his flush or hit a 4 on the flop. In retrospect, I guess I have outs (the 2 jacks, and probably any heart.)

But then what would my action be on the turn if a blank hits? Check/fold?

Ugh. Very frustrated right now and probably shouldn't be going back to the tables on tilt..oh well.

Comments appreciated.

Hand 1: Never, EVER slowplay pocket Aces. Maybe if you flop a monster, but usually you want to play them near-full steam ahead. (But not recklessly.)

Pot the flop, 2/3 pot turn.

Hand 2: I have no problem folding here. I wouldn't be worried about villain having a 4, I'd imagine high pocket pair (probably QQ) or a boat with 77. That or the obvious flush, but people usually play flushes slowly because everyone's scared of them.

POT THE FLOP! You have a hand that can't take too much heat or pressure.

As played, if a blank hits on the river, check/call any reasonable bet and expect to be beaten.

It's really better not to post results.

Hand 1 I pot the flop. This flop is really likely to hit someone who called a raise out of the BB, and there are several draws out there.

I like to see the results but only hidden so you can see later....but anyways why are you trying to slowplay AA with a possible 4 flush and straight draw on the board, checking gave him a free chance to draw out on you.

Pot the flop in hand 1. It's better IMO to win a small pot than lose a big one.

Hand 2. Again, pot the flop.

Are these plays standard? Maybe you are playing a bit timid because you have been losing?

Dont check the river in hand 1. Put out a river blocking/value bet and fold to a raise instead. You'll be sick when villain decides to check a K or Q there. Everyone's advice seems spot on. These aren't the places to get fancy with an overpair, so your line should just be to bet whenever you can.
