Default 30/60 im dubious

online full game
guy who steals 40% of the time and is a successful vagg tag steals, i 3 bet 99 (no diamonds) in the sb and we see a flop of
qd td 4c
i bet he raises i call
turn ah
we both check
river
ac i bet he raises
im undecided on all streets

First, if you want responses, clean this up a little. Use the converter if its online, or use the symbols.

Preflop is an auto 3 bet for me

Flop I bet. Once he raises I probably call (not saying this is right)

Turn I check intending to c/f, you don't beat anything except some really goofy no pair or 88 or smaller

River bet is horrible, IMO. He's never folding a better hand. What do you beat? I'd check, and then call or fold depending on my gut, but my guess is this is a fold.

very unclear of your thought process on the river... you're obviously not bluffing because a better hand isn't folding, but you can't be valuebetting because at least 90% of the time you're called you're beat.

Either induce a bluff or just give it up, you only beat K4 or some other trash.

I would lead the turn, and call down if raised.

If he just called, I would bet/fold the river. One of the few times I would bet/fold the river.

the river bet is to fold a 10 btw. givien my hand range and him getting 5:1 and his ability to make laydowns make this the least debatable street imo.
