Default Top two/BB/Monotone flop

Villian in this hand is pretty bad. Bluffer, overplays top pair, stacked him earlier when he chased a draw when I flopped two pair. Not a goot player. He has $77 and I cover.

.50/$1 NLHE 6-handed

Preflop: Hero is BB with K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.50.
UTG calls $1, 3 folds, Villian calls $0.50, Hero checks.

Flop: ($3) K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
Villian checks, Hero bets $3, UTG folds, Villian raises to $6, Hero raises to $20, Villian calls $14.

Turn: ($41) A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero ???

Any other diamond I probably give it up. Comments welcome.

what range of hands do you put villan on, and it sounds to me like whatever bet you put in the middle, he's comeing over the top with or without a spade. Im in check/fold mode now.

On the flop I put him on Kx, AdXx, air, or a flush. After he called but didn't 4-bet push me, I eliminated the flush and air. Most likely he has Kx. Whether that x is a diamond or not, I don't know. I don't think he has the patience to not push the flop after I 3-bet him with something that beats me on the flop.

EDITED: because I wasn't thinking straight the first time.

i think if you are very doubtful he has a diamond either move in right here or check raise him all in ( make sure he does commit himself with his raise).

Check/fold. I expect KxQ [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] like 8000% of the time.

Flop play OK? Also, he's a minraiser preflop. KQ, I think he minraises that from the SB. KJ, not sure of.

I think the flop play is really good so long as you can get away from a 3-bet, but I wouldn't mind flat calling and raising a safe turn.

I think you played this perfectly. You probably have to give it up here.

I hate giving it up in this spot. In hindsight, I think I should bet something. He's hardpressed to call without the Q or J of diamonds. If he has either, nh, move on. If he calls with a crap diamond, nh, move on. As it was played, I c/c'd a small bet from him. We both check a river diamond and we ended up splitting the pot. Villian held KJ w/ no diamond.
