When he checks the turn u have an easy river value bet in the absence of what you perceive to be a bad card.

Well, I agree with Arod in the fact that many of these online SH players will cap with more than JUST AA-QQ. Some will do it with all pairs down through 88, and even AK-AQ. The check/call mode isn't too bad of an idea, as you're not going to exit this hand. If he checks the turn you MUST bet the river though, provided it's a brick. That was a big no-no on your part. Try to keep track players' raising and reraising standards, write down the names if you have to with their information.
