Pokerstars W$s for discount

My friend won a WPT satellite, and has unregistered. He has 650 W$s for sale at a discount. As you know, these can be used for any of the World Poker Tour satellites or European Poker Tour satellites. He will consider any REASONABLE offer, and is willing to sell all 650, or to break them up into pieces.
