RESULTS
He had AA. Heh. But if Exitonly, the master of micros, says this is a call against his range, then I don't feel bad!

I'm interesteed in what ranges you guys put him on... cause i make that raise pretty often at these levels. And i get called by low PP's and A-low alllllllllll the time. [/ QUOTE ] Do you get paid off enough for this "on-line play" to work? |

Re: Things they don\'t teach you in HOH
This is a play I make whenever I get AA very early (say <5 hands into the tourney), cos invariably some donk (sometimes 2!!!) will call. Used to do it with AK too, but that was back when I wasn't confident enough to play properly throughout the tournament, and had a 'double up early' mentality to playing.
The odd times I don't get called, I get barted for stupid play by the table 'teacher', though. |

Re: RESULTS
LOL What was his name? I had the exact same - QQ on the Button, UTG open-pushes for 40-50BB, I call and get shown AA. I guess it depends on table dynamics - if a lot of crazy all-ins and big raises are getting called, you're a lot more likely to see a real hand there.
