Default Stars $16: KQs on bubble

I think I was right to push this. Faced with three bigger stacks, I even almost wanted a call to either end it or get me back in the game. Is that impatience getting the better of me?

POKERSTARS HOLD'EM NO LIMIT - LEVEL VI (100/200)

Seat 1: mimosen. (3785 in chips)
Seat 3: Galilee (1385 in chips)
Seat 8: mattymillne (5150 in chips)
Seat 9: Sopher (3180 in chips)
mattymillne: posts small blind 100

Dealt to Galilee [Qc Kc]

mimosen.: folds
Galilee: raises 1185 to 1385 and is all-in

My real question though (whether this push was right or wrong) is: when you're the short stack on the bubble looking for a hand to push how big a difference is there between being UTG and on the button? Should you be pushing roughly the same range of hands, or should you be significantly tighter UTG? For example, I pushed KQs on the button, but I would have hesitated UTG.

this push is fine, and no there's not a huge difference between pushing from CO or button.

I think pushing KQs from the button and UTG is fine.

I used to think that your pushing range should be tighter UTG because there is an extra player who may call you, but on the other side is when you are UTG you will be losing equity next hand anyway because you will be in the BB. In your case, I would guess that these two cosnideration basically cancel each other out.
