this is just a bad idea.

the first guys is saying i have a alright hand im short chiped and i need to go all in
the second guys is saying haha i have high cards maybe pp and i want to kick this low stack out heads up.

How high of a pocket pair would you want here to call? Fwiw, I put the first pusher on unpaired cards.

How high?

QQ, KK, AA.

I would probably fold AKos depending on how the table has played.

99 is a good starting hand, but play if for trips bud.

Two people all in in front of you means you are either racing or WAY WAY behind with 99.

If there was no small stack, would you call the all in with QQ? To me the reraise all in is more likely to be aj+ or medium pocket pair who is trying to isolate against a small stack. I might fold because I want to preserve my nice stack at this point rather than taking a coinflip. Of course if I had QQ I would also be raising here.....
