5/10 6 max Hand
Unkown player who just sat down limps in utg+1 ($1000) sb completes I check my BB with 25d.
Flop comes: 367 all diamonds. sb checks, I bet $50 ($750), unkown calls. Turn 4s I bet $150, he calls. River Js Hero has $600 left, action? |

Re: 5/10 6 max Hand

Re: 5/10 6 max Hand
Check call or bet 200 and fold to a raise. I prefer the first one, but I think many people pay off w/straights or sets here so it's hard to tell which one's better.

Re: 5/10 6 max Hand
I pushed, he called with T8d. Yuck.
I hate my play on the river, not because I lost but because I'm just not going to get any action from hands I beat. I like the check call line much better, atleast if he was calling me down with the Ad he might try to make a play at it. |

Re: 5/10 6 max Hand
Looks like a check/call spot to me.
I think that you're probably best a lot of the time here, but pushing lets everybody who's behind you off easy. Also, if you value bet and get raised here, it truly sucks. Checking lets him take a stab with a bunch of worse hands. Having already looked at the results... villian played his hand pretty badly. Can't believe he didn't find a raise in there on the flop or turn. I didn't really add much tot he discussion here, but that's okay. |

Re: 5/10 6 max Hand
If pushing lets them off easy I guess your never bluffing here?

You're in the BB and there's a 3 flush on the flop and a 4 straght on the turn in an unraised pot and you overbet the flop..... how often are you getting called by worse than the straight here, unless your image is GREAT? Furthermore, how likely is the straight given that he needs a 5 to complete it, there are only 3 fives left in the deck, and he didn't raise you on the turn? |

Re: 5/10 6 max Hand
Please tell me your calling a push if you bet 400 (even if the call isnt +EV). Folding a flush for 200 more into a 1.3k pot would make me puke.
