Poker Tracker Tourney Time Window question

I use this periodically and the last few times after i go to preferences i choose the tourney/table from the list but then the Tourney Time window is not populated with the players at the table automatically.

Before all the names just popped up in the correct seats, now I have to enter them all in individual.

Does anyone have any advice or a similar experience?
