thanks.. well played Durron..

All I have to say on the Q10 hand.. I bet small on the flop knowing he'd raise me.. Then I tried to get *too* cute and just call the raise.. I mean isn't that adorable? at the time, yes, yes it was.

You played pretty well yourself. I wouldn't have made the raise without at least ace high... when you called the raise I was check-folding UI. When you just jammed the turn was sure you had 1 pair queens (because it's unlikely I have an ace) rather than slowplaying something stronger.

All I can say is: Ax is the nuts vs. big pocket pairs. And flopping straights vs. overpairs is fun too.

ya that QQ hand on the mono-board, I think it goes back to the old addage of the only hand that's going to call my all-in is 2-pair or better.. but I'm a donk.

Do you have to register for these games when they are first announced?

I looked for them tonight at their starting times but couldn't find them.
