Problems connecting to Interpoker?

Am I the only one with problems connecting to Interpoker? When I try to connect, it says, "Setting up connection..." for about 20 seconds, then I get a popup that says, "We detected a possible internet connection problem. Please check your internet connection. Once you have established a connection, please try again. Thank you."

I have:
1. Called support twice. No real help.
2. Emailed support. No response after two days.
3. Uninstalled and reinstalled newly downloaded software.
4. Disabled firewalls.
5. I am able to play Party skins and otherwise surf net with no problem.

I have run searches but have not found any other complaints. Anyone else suffering this problem, or is it just me???
