Default A more complete workout

Just wondering if a couple 2+2ers could give me advice on a more complete workout. I've made a lot of changes to what I do, and changed my diet and eating patterns (changing my diet has been a huge, huge help, don't neglect it), but there are a couple parts of the body where I'm kind of
stuck, I can't seem to work them.

They are:
Upper and middle back.
Lower abdomen.
Inner chest.

Any advice?

My piecemeal advice to other 2+2ers is to keep a good diet, get a nutrition book. The other thing is to emphasize form over the weight you are using. Focus on doing the excerises right rather than with 500 pounds. These two things have helped me so much, it isn't even funny. They've probably come close to doubling the results of my regular workouts.

Check out abcbodybuilding. Probably the best all-around lifting/nutrition site on the net. They have an excerise section that describes and shows you how to do all the excerises you could ever want.

Could you recommend a good nutrition book for me? I've just started to exercise after a extremely long layoff.
