Here is the high end of the range...
I believe I call down more than most winning players...

.50/1 VP$IP 20%/ WSD 34%/ W$SD 52%
1/2 VP$FP 18%/ WSD 34%/ W$SD 50%

So it sounds like the consensus is that I need to raise more hands and call down more. So should I plan to work on these and then evaluate my game or work on other things as well? Also I guess I will post some hands. Should I just post any that I don't think I played right, or are there specific hands I should focus on?

post anything you aren't comfortable, look for hands that you folded on the turn and river that you had something decent

Make sure you're counting your outs correctly. You also need to work on your hand reading. You must be seeing monsters way more than you should. Try to recognize when a raise by your competitors is tactical rather than a show of strength. At 1/2 much of the flop and even turn betting is semi-bluffing and draw pumping.

What books have you read? Have you read SSH? If not, read it, play some more and post some hands. If you have, read it again, play some more, and post some hands.

You have to become a fish first. Play a lot of crap hands. Learn how to play. And then think about your stats. A to B. There are no shortcuts.
(I'm still at A and probably talking rubbish here. Your call)

no offense, but this is terrible advice. learn how to play strong hands first, then you can figure out how to play mediocre ones.

it's true that good stats are the result of strong play, and not vice versa. but please don't start playing crap hands "in order to learn"

I have no intention of playing crappy hands in order to learn.
