Default Small stake live with AKs facing a raise

TOURNAMENT: Blinds 25/50 Tournament start chips 2000, 20 min blinds, players are usually not so good, level one thinkers.

Anyways 15 hands in the tournament and one bad beat later...

Hero is BB with 1800 and AKs. Blinds are about to go up to 50/100

Fold... to MP2 (loose player) who raises 200.

I reraise 700. MP2 insta-pushes. Pot is 2425 and 1100 to call because thats all I have left. No tell reads on him except he has played 4 of the 15 hands not in a blind.

Now the question here is is this a call? Its early in the tournament and these player love to push with AA-TT and AK. You dont get many chips.

Or is it better to call and see a flop because of the low chips amounts? Obviously if we each had 5000 I fold but the odds look. Only one hand I really super lose to.

So??? Do you just go buy odds in a small chip tournament and the fact the player will push with much less than normal???

Call preflop and out play?

Is the goal to survive or acculumate in these kinds of tournaments vs these kind of players?

The goal is always to accumulate. This is an amazingly easy call. You're getting the right odds unless he has aces. Even if you knew for a fact he had kings this is a call.

The raise is correct and you definitely should call the push.

I thought you were so much better than the other players there that you should already know the answers.

I just want to be sure its right. I did call based on the odds and the pot and the possible hands, he did show AA.

I just wanted to be sure. Hey if I'm #1,481,392 of 1,500,000 poker players and there are 100 lower than I am at this tournament, then I am the best at the tournament

Hey I'm still learning. I didn't say I was a superstar, I just said I was better than the ones at this tournament. I am also better live than online tournaments.
