First of all I hate pushing UTG , secondly there is no way I can continuation bet out of position and w/ this small chips. I hope someone tries to isolate me thinking im weak (is that a stupid assumption) or to hit a flop!

Why do you hate pushing UTG?

No idea seems like a classic case of 'reverse gap concept' that er, donks do all the time.

You're playing scared by just limping here. Push or raise, I don't mind which, either are massively better.

Pushing UTG can be an exhilirating experience, you should try it more often.

Table dynamics dictate my play on this hand. Some tables I like pushing, some tables I like raising to 225, other tables I like 275. Once in a blue moon I'll limp, if I think it will put the fear of god into my opponents.

wuwei, who got nailed trying for a limp/rr UTG with AA today. oops.

I ran AQs through ICM assuming it would be called by someone with a top 20% hand. Pushing was more than 35% +EV. I can't imagine any other play could be as good as this.

The problem with calling is that you have a drawing type hand once there's several people in the pot, and your out of position. You don't want many callers, and limping encourages callers. Also someone else might raise you, probably all-in, and you'll lose all the fold equity you would have had had you gone all-in yourself.
