Trop in AC - Blue?

Anybody know this guy? I've played with him once or twice in the 1/2 NL at the Trop. Uses table image quite well, even bringing a "Winning low limit Omaha H/L" book with him and reading it jokingly at the table. By the way, I'll be there tomorrow 12/29.

I was actually sitting with him at the table with a "Speaker City" t-shirt. I don't know why they call him "Blue" anyway, as his name would be better as "Powder"
