Default Straight, very passive, very ugly?

UTG is terrible LAG 68/17/2.81, BB is fishy-passive

When UTG 3-bets the flop I put him on a Jack.
On the turn I hesitated to call or raise.
UTG can't have AJ since there was no PFR, also KJ is unlikely because of this. I was a bit afraid of a boat and would rather have fishy BB overcall this.
I think my call is terrible here. I have a nut straight-flush draw too.
On the river I really got scared of QJ, 8J or TJ so I decided just to call and go for a possible overcall because I can't fold to a 3-bet and the board is already 4-to-straight now, so BB is less likely to call 2 cold with just one pair.

I think you can raise the turn. Id call down if 3bet as J10 JQ are pretty common hands. You def need more action.

Dont worry about overcalls, BB's prob not going anywhere

Yep, you've got a monsterdraw which "made" it on the turn and you can't put a terrible LAG on a boat here.

Why would I cap the flop?
I think it's reasonable UTG has a jack here, even he's very agressive. I don't want to lose BB because I don't have an equity edge against a jack heads-up. I won't get any free cards.

Because you have 15 outs to improve to the best hand, and you want to build a pot.

I agree - you are about to get run over at this table if this is your hand range for him at this point.
