How to get your Neteller account closed
Step 1 (optional?): Don't log in for a month.
Step 2: Log in from Mexico. You'll be informed that your account has been closed for secutiry reasons. Step 3: Spend an hour on hold for live chat support. After an hour, you will be informed that your problem can only be solved over the phone. Step 4: Give up. Enjoy some tacos de pescado. |

Re: How to get your Neteller account closed
It's happened to me. A little strange though. I went away for a weekend, about 2 hours from where I lived. Was able to sign in to my neteller account successfully from the hotel, but when I got back home and tried to connect it was locked.
Of course, two seconds on the phone and they unlocked it. |

Re: How to get your Neteller account closed
I'm very glad Neteller takes these precautions.
Live chat stinks, but a simple phone call will probably be answered on the third ring - and then you will get things straightened out. Dogmeat [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] |
