Check raising an aggressive cold-caller

BB is very loose and very passive. Button is one of those annoying players that always cold calls my raises, calls my flop bets, then bets when i show weakness and check the turn. He had taken a pot or two when i missed with K9 or something, so i decided to play back soon, and check raise him, either on the flop or turn.

I did so on this hand. Although it worked, i think it may have been a mistake, especially with the BB still in the hand. Any comments appreciated. Sorry if this is a boring hand.
