flopped 2 low pair now what?

he is 55/25/1.5 (miniraises most of the time, these are stats i took from pt after playing him 40 hands in this session, i didn't know them at that time), i haven't noticed anything special about him so far, he's pretty new at the table.

i bet min on flop by mistake, i wanted to bet pot but just clicked on minibet. how would you have played this on any turn? or fold preflop? block river or check fold? if block how much? btw i put him on an obvious K maybe KQ or KJ.

I block the river for $15 and I 3bet bigger on the flop

A guy with stats like that probably won't lay down top pair top kicker with the nut flush draw. So there probably wasn't anything you could do to push him off it.
