Default Pot size manipulation and preflop situations....

Say your in the SB with AQo in your standard 5/10 6 max game. 2 limpers to the button, a loose/semi agressive player raises. You have good table selection, so the BB is loose and you know that both the blinds will probably come along for the ride if your isoraise fails and the they are getting good odds on their call. Do you 3 bet in an attempt to isolate and for value? Or do you just cold call to use your relative position to protect your hand if you get a favorable flop and to keep the pot smallish so your oppenents would be making a mistake calling you down after you C/R the flop? Lets say you have AQs or even KQs. Are you more apt just to call or raise?
