I wouln't lay it down, he might bet here any Ace high or pp in between 8 and Q.
And if this is only more 1 out of 8 times, you will win money.
I think it will be more than that.

I'd call it as well. The SB bet is suspicious as if he really only has a 7, then he must think he'll only get called by somebody with an 8. I'd put him on unimproved overcards or a Q that you dominate more than half the time.

It looks like it might be bad for you but I'd call it. He could be playing an ace and figured you only had overcards and was hoping one of them wasn't a Queen. One of them was a Queen though, so I think you could have socked it to 'em. Maybe.
