I would bet here because I think there is a good chance he will call with any overpair.

It was a limped pot, he was the only player to call my bet on the flop.

Interesting thought about the CR, I'm a big checkraiser in PLO, this didnt cross my mind though as his quick call felt like flush draw. I hate not getting a little money in on the turn in that spot. Usually I bet less, but I figured he was coming along anyways.
