It's also at Paradise but usually the only game is $1/$2 crazy Pineapple. I try to start $3/$6 crazy 8/b games sometimes and they do get going, it's a fun game (with a lot of skill)

No difference. Pineapple is just short for Crazy Pineapple as Hold 'em is short for Texas hold em. I've played some on paradise and pots get pretty big relative to blinds so i've found it to be juicy- like a ripe pineapple mmmm.
