Is it possible to get a new Neteller account number?

I opened a new party poker account and closed my old one, but now I can't use Neteller unless I can get a new neteller account number. Has anyone successfully done it? If so, how?

talk to neteller customer support through the live chat. just explain the situation. they will tell you to open a new account, and will transfer your balance over after you get it set up.

i did this. they said call them. i did this. i think i explained it perfectly clearly, but he said they couldn't do it. i asked if i called again i might get a different answer, he said impossible. i said other people seem to have had different experiences, he said it wasn't possible, and that i should email the pr department and have them talk to party.

im using firepay.

Transfer your money to a site that allows transfers to any neteller account (eg eurobet). Close your neteller account. Open a new neteller account. Transfer the money back.
