I think your flop bet is great and calling SB's raise is good too. MP2 folds now your heads up with a SB who most likely would wait to C/R the turn if he flopped his set of 9's. So a turn raise would be best making him pay you with a weaker hand like JT or QT or possibly even worse. Then don't miss a bet on the river pending a fairly safe card.

It wasn't just a raise for info(value too) but I think I'm converted to the call and wait for the turn to raise, due to the overcards, straight and flush cards that could ruin this. So now rethinking this, I think the OPs line is good, maybe raise the turn though, maybe not.

Big pot, wait until turn sounds good.
