Default PP 10/20 AQ TPTK v. Button 3 bet (Xpost forom Small)

So after seeing the last peak of my bank roll $6000 and 50K hands ago, I'm beggining to question every part of my game. So I am resolving to post quite a few hands, even ones that may seem rather simple, as I no longer am sure I'm playing winning poker.

Villian is a regular grindier. I have 1k+hands on him at 16/10/2
Party Poker 10/20 Hold'em (9 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with Q, A.
1 fold, Hero raises, 4 folds, Button 3-bets, 2 folds, Hero calls.

Flop: (7.50 SB) 3, Q, 5 (2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets, Hero calls.

Turn: (4.75 BB) 5 (2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets, Hero raises, Button calls.

River: (8.75 BB) 3 (2 players)
Hero bets, Button calls.

Final Pot: 10.75 BB

I dont like the turn checkraise unless you think the villain will call you down in that spot with TT or JJ. If the Villain will not call you down with these hands then your raise makes no sense to me. Sure you may induce him to fold his 3 outer if he has AK, But this is not much of a victory for you since you lose money all the times you make JJ or TT fold when you couldve gotten one more bet from him on the river, had you just checked-called the turn and either check and called the river or bet out the river. The main problem is, when you checkraise this turn you run a great risk of being 3 bet by a better hand, and trying to get JJ,TT or AK to fold is not worth running this risk, especially since you make more money in the long run by keeping JJ,TT and AK in the hand if the villain will bet his JJ or TT for value or bluff the river with AK, or he will call your river donk bet with all those holdings.
