Can a worse hand call this?

Typical nano-limit table. Lots of loose-passives. That said, this question isn't so much directed at this particular hand but at this general scenario at higher micro limits. On the river, the second I clicked bet I immidiately thought to myself, "Nobody with a worse hand can call this." So here I am looking for some input...

PokerStars 0.05/0.10 Hold'em (9 handed) converter

UTG calls, 1 fold, Hero raises, 1 fold, MP3 calls, 4 folds, UTG calls.

Anyone with a worse ace will call.
Anyone with a pocket pair will call you down since he has come all this way already.

Occasinally people will call you playing the board, hoping you are also playing the board!

That's not true at all here. Most Loose passives will call here with AJ-A4 and KK-44. You beat a lot of hands here. In fact I can't see UTG having you beat unless he is a horrible player and has 2x. In which case, you should be happy he played it so poorly because in saved you beats.

People will defintely call with any ace, or any pocket pair here. Nice hand.
