Default 6-max multiway with interesting board

Apologies in advance for not having the nifty converter style for the hand, but Noble Poker doesn't actually have hand histories. My main points of confusion here are the flop and turn raises. Are these good, or am I more in a position where I'm either behind or drawing to a better hand, so I should just call? Comments on all streets are always welcome, of course.

Noble Poker $.50-$1 6-max

Hand 1:
In CO with AdAh, six-handed

2 calls, I raise, everyone calls

Flop: 6d 7d Qd

SB checks, BB checks, UTG bets, MP calls, I raise, button calls, SB calls, BB folds, UTG calls, MP calls.

Turn: 5h

SB checks, UTG bets, MP calls, I raise, button folds, SB folds, UTG raises, MP folds, I call.

River: 4s

UTG bets, I call.

any reads?
Without reads I think i might call the turn and go for overcalls rather then force button and SB to call 2 cold. Reads help though

They all suck? But seriously, I don't think I can accurately get a read for a specific hand when the players are all very loose and tend to be passive. I say "tend to be" because you never know where a donkbet is coming from, and in the 6-max game it's even harder to tell. I do think the reraise on the turn means I either hit a diamond or I'm dead, but for a pot that big I didn't want to fold for one more bet (and by then we're almost done anyway).
