I actually like the over here. Indy's road defense is not that intense, and they have a good O. At home, Indy dictates the pace with good D, but I think Phoenix runs the pace here. Utah is just awful, and they play slow-down ball also, so I wouldn't read much into that, as bad a blowout as it was.
On the road, Indy is 3-3 against that line, with the losses mainly coming against lower scoring teams, while they've gone 3-0 over against every high scoring team. Meanwhile, Phoenix at home is 4-4 vs that line, with the unders coming mainly against bad teams and all the overs coming against good teams. Tight line that's been going down, with lots of people on the under, so I'm wary though. Probably wouldn't play it for much, but I still lean over.

This is not the same Phoenix team from last year. They have a renewed focus on defense this year. Only 1 of their last 7 games has gone over the total. Add in the fact that Indy is also a solid defensive under team and that they are playing their 3rd road game in 4 nights(although does last night count as a real game?) and I think you have a reasonable argument for the under.
