Default Flop 3 bet?

Both players suck in this hand. 90/16 and 75/8. They also took all my money.

3 bet a good idea?

Absolutely. Get the value from the coldcaller while you can.

action still not fixed but id call this river everytime uberdonks at 3-6 from my experience love to bluff donk the river all the time with a scare card. I think you have to see a showdown (this is if the UTG bet actions still messed up)

Delete the word 'Texas' from the header of the hand history text before you run it though the converter.

River action seems weak-tight...

Folding to the river C/R is too weak tight?

You played it fine. You could have waited until the turn to raise but meh

I might wait until the turn to raise because you can't knock anyone out with a three bet on the flop.

Good fold on the river. The weak player in the hand with you is insurance that UTG would not bluff.
