Default Can they stop the Bonus-war ?

Hi all

I think the last 3 month a Bonus - war is going on. I have the imagine they want tell anyone dont open a new server its expensive for you. In fact with this 500$+ , i have no time and i am not interested to give any new pokersite a chance. The problem is that 4-5 month ago it was OK for me to make 2-300$/month........now i feel OK with a minimum of 5-600$. More and more players will be bonuswhores and if they stop/ reduce the bonus perhaps i feel me not good with 2-300$/month and i stop playing.
Will they reduce the Bonus soon?
Will it affect the number of players?

Wolfgang
PS: I know my english is poor

Experts predict a 60% growth in players this year. I would think the amount of bonuses will continue at the current pace to attract players and become one of the BIG 5.

I'm curious where that 60% estimate came from. Do you have a link?

"Experts" in the barrons article that came out a week or two ago.

These are the same experts that say over 100,000,000 people play poker world-wide but only 1,000,000 play online right now so we haven't even scratched the surface.

However, of the 100,000,000 that play how many don't play for money? Take the remaining 50,000,000 that do play for money and how many of those play nickel and dime at the kitchen table? Now take the 25,000,000 left and remove those that might try $50 - $100 online, lose it relatively fast and dismiss online poker. So we're left with about 5,000,000 or so online players.

Of course I pulled all those numbers out of my ass but it made me look pretty smart.

Please.. you can't play poker without money. It just makes no sense. The 100 mil ---> 50 mil is just simply unfounded and pulled out ye bunghole.

Shame on you.

I read a recent study that stated that 78% of all statistics are made up on the spot

By definition all predictions are made up right?

Industry analysts range from 50-100% growth for 2005.

The 60% number was from Barron's, which I regard highly in business analysis.

My newest study says that you are completely wrong. The actual number is 78.01%.
