Take it to other topics guys.

Christ on a stick I'm going to be glad when this election is over. I don't care whether it's jackass A or B at this point.

[/ QUOTE ]

Not only shouldn't you care, but it in fact doesn't matter.

Fight a war in Iraq or play poker online? Since his post is asking Reymer for poker money I presume it is the later for now.

Sorry for incorrect verbiage, I suppose I won't be "enlisting", I will be "commissioned", fine.

Second, I do not literally think that I get to boss people around just because I have a degree, however I know that there is a significant pecking order in the military and there is no question about who ranks where, officers or enlistess.

Third, its too bad you are unpatriotic with such actively involved sons. Please lets not start arguing about patriotism, whether Bush is right or wrong for America, whether you love this country more than me, whether as a young person I understand patriotism to the extent that you as a former serviceman understand it ro anything else like that. All I did was state that I wanted my 375 bucks back and then went on to say that I planned on joining the military after graduation.

Go Bush.

Unintentional humor at it's best

Blame it on my poor education...and I'm sure there's a way to blame GW for that too

Maybe not that, specifically, but you can blame him for some of the worst deficit spending this country has ever seen...and this from a man whose party constantly spouts off about the "big spending" Democrats. This deficit spending is holding back economic growth, and is doing nothing for the 45 million Americans who have no health insurance is what is supposedly one of the wealthiest countries on the planet.

*LOL* You insult my patriotism and then say let's not argue about patriotism? *shakes her head*

You should've considered your second sentence before you wrote the first.

Re: the military pecking order, you're right, and trust me when I tell you that, as a junior officer, you would be at the bottom of that pecking order. Your senior officers will tell you what to do. Your SNCOs -- enlisted folks with experience, whom you theoretically outrank -- will tell you how to do it. Ignoring the former can get you court-martialed. Ignoring the latter can get you killed.

Cris, why would they regret their choice? I concede that the original poster should offer a source, but taking another swing at Fox News--you liberals sure do hate Fox News--was at best a juvenile response to this post.

If you want to get into slanted media sources, I will be happy to discuss Dan "Rather Biased" and his producer's 5-year manhunt for incriminating National Guard charges against GW Bush with you.

LMAO...

How come we're always silly "uninformed" liberals?

I.S. I am very liberal, hate the situation we are in today, and thank god for our troops.

Thanks very much for planning on enlisting (or comissioned). I appreciate your courage and dedication immensely

As to the defecit spending comment...no it's not holding anything back. You will not find a credible economist who will say that defecit spending holds back the economy.

On another note, Clinton cut back spending under his administration through drastic cuts in military development, including in the area of intelligence. Way to work it through Willy...Uh where'd those planes come from.
