Default Now what?

UTG was a big maniacal donkey, 70/37/1.88.
After limping preflop, I thought there's a big chance he has both hole cards < 7.
He has limp-reraised once, with A3s
BB was 55/6/1.5, very bad player chasing everything.

I don't know if I like my flop bet. I thought my hand is best here quite often. What do you do on the turn? Check behind, and call a rievr bet from UTG when it's not an overcall?
