Transferring money on Party and Stars

Can someone walk me through how to transfer money to another player on both of these 2 sites. TIA...your help is very much appriciated.

On stars just log in click requests--->transfer funds in the main lobby. On party I think that you have to log into your account on their website, but im not positive I have never transferred on party.

tstokes is right about party...just go to the webpage, click my account, and log in. then scroll down and click "inter-account transfer", then fill out the form.
