This is a good fold long-term and short-term. What are you beating? Villain has a worse pair here almost never, and even those non-pair hands he might be betting (K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] or something) have tons of outs against you.
