New PC opportunity for RB?

getting a new pc today, is this an opportunity to get RB? I already have an account at absolute w/o RB. will the new computer allow me to set up an account through an affiliate?

Your computer has nothing to do with it. If you wanted to set up new accounts you would need a new Neteller, mailing address, phone number, and possibly IP address.

No. You are tracked in most cases by your name, e-mail and funding method.
