Raise 3rd. You don't have to have aces to come back over the top. Pair that with the inability for many players to release Jacks, and you'll get called all the way down.
I don't like the check raise at all. At 2/4, a lot of players are more likely to call a lead bet then to bet when they smell weakness. In the 30/60 game from your rolled up post, it might work...but it's not worth it here. Not only that, but you really don't mind a fold...and a free card could be very dangerous since he has very live cards. Assuming he has jacks, you have no clue if he hits his kicker until he pops you. And if he's drawing...well, you know.
