Question on HU play with 1/2 blind structure
Is it ever correct to fold in the SB in this instance, if the BB isn't one of those guys who raises PF every single time if you limp.

Re: Question on HU play with 1/2 blind structure
Is the SB the button like it is supposed to be or is this the party structure?
In the party structure, I think its correct to fold a variety of hands, probably the bottom 25% against a strong opponent. Position is very important HU. If the SB is the button, I think you should only fold real crap hands like 83o, 92o etc. |

Re: Question on HU play with 1/2 blind structure
There have been a few really good HU write-ups in mid high, if you havent read them already. They might answer your question, this specific topic was discussed in a few of these threads and you can see how it applies more situationally, which is the most important thing HU.
First 2 are from late October: Shneids playing HU against an unknown for 58 hands. Shneids vs. Gnores for 100 hands. Some great discussion afterwards. Last 2 from beginning of the year. Great discussion on both of these, including a good amount of preflop. Gnores and James282 for 100 hands Same thing, a few weeks later |
