FWIW, I like Miles' c/c, c/c, c/c line here. It feels weird and fishy the first few times you do it, but it allows an overaggressive villain to hang himself if he's behind and it stops you from getting played back at. With this kind of marginal holding against an aggressive, thoughtful player, I just want to get to showdown cheaply and get on to the next hand.
