Default standard river fold?

river raiser 58/6/.5 over 500+ hands, but thats all i know.

Party Poker 5/10 Hold'em (6 max, 6 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Preflop: Hero is UTG with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, Button calls, SB calls, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>.

Flop: (7 SB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets</font>, Button calls, SB calls.

You only have to be good here 1 out of every ten times to break even.

Why not check call river?

this has some merit i think, but against a really loose/passive opponent i think betting is better because a. i don't think he bluffs the river enough and b. he calls with some pretty hopeless hands.

Because he will check behind with ace high and sometimes pocket pairs too, but he will call a bet with these. Im not all that concerned about getting bluffed out of the pot by this guy.

Yeah, but we have a solid read that he is pretty damn passive. Against an agressive, or even unknown I call. Here, I think it is a pretty safe fold.

Value bet! He will call with an ace or PP often.

Lately I call down these type of hands even against LP and it seems profitable. People just go berserk if they see too much bet/folding.

Against this guy, I think a fold is ok.
I don't like a check/call like someone suggested.
