remember the january crisis when one's iou sweatshirt had the wrong year on it?

I had these two really sweet pastel t-shirts w/ some cool Italian or French designer name on them that I can't remember. I think they were 1987. It was pretty tragic when the New Year came.

In the 80s? Go to Williamsburg or the LES tonight if you want to see them on the hip and trendy.

Thanks for the trip report. One of my closest friends was the owner of Centro-Fly (the club that was in the Duvet space before he sold it to the Duvet owners) and I have been meaning to check out Duvet for some time.

It sounds like they moved away from their original concept a little bit which was to be more of a restaurant a la Bed in South Beach with clubbing later (although perhaps they do have earlier in the evening dining).

I have seen pics on thenet and it looks cool. However, my friend told me that these guys sunk so much money into redesigning the place that it will be very hard to make it back. (Although with $1600 bed seatings, who knows.)

Im out of touch with the Ironic Hipster scene, but a Members Only jacket comeback is a positive development.

I think I need to track one down, buy a carton of Tarrytons or Salem 100's and grow a nice mustache.
