I think pushing and folding are both ok here. With such a coordinated board I would have to assume he won't reraise with a draw to fold.

In an 11 I'm probably pushing this. I think villain has KJ, QJ, a draw here a lot more than he has a set or JT. In a higher buy in tourney this would probably be a fold. Most of the time I double up early comes in situations like this, where I have villain outkicked with top pair.

I accually fold this pf. But playing how you did,i agree w/ everyone else and a push on the flop is fine.
