How would you play the AKo? Do you just call the "accidental" reraise, or how you avoide the situation.

reraise more preflop if thats what you are doin, that makes the flop easier to play. You dont want to be giving him good pot odds here with AKo out of posotion.

That is more standard, but the small reraiseafter his "accidental" reraise may have looked like a big pair, and may helped him take it down on a low flop.
