Raise PF if BB is tight. I'd lead the river. Probably call a raise. 3-bet if he's a real ATM.

I'm fine with the b/c on the turn, but if the button is tricky, we may still be ahead of a lower jack, so I call down.

I definitely raise the river. I am not afraid of the flush based on the flop and turn play. I think you missed some value by simply calling here.
