Prima Playcheck is working again!

It have been down for about one and a half week.
Now it's fixed. I don't understand your posts.

It's the primary reason I left Prima. I really liked the games and software, but hated playcheck.

On a side note, if you bug support at some of the skins they can have Prima e-mail you the hand histories while playcheck is down. Don't know about all skins, but it's done that way at RV.

I play on Expekt and it worked for me every day since early mars. Although sometimes it takes a few tries [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

give it a few weeks and it will be saved on your hard drive just like Party do now

It's always been hit or miss for me. Sometimes it will work on the first try, other times it doesn't work even after many many tries. I usually give it a few attempts, if it doesn't work I quit and try again later...

There haven't been any issues with PlayCheck as of late since the initial difficulties that we had, so if you do have trouble, try loading it again - it may just be a case of congestion on the server at that particular time.

As steveuk mentioned, there are a couple of changes in the works that will take effect in the next few weeks - hopefully you guys will find it more user friendly.

Hey,

Any plans to fix the broken wait lists? Surely its not intended to kick people off the list just because you are already seated at other tables. Sometimes I find myself on a wait list for a particular table and the table begins to get empty, so I open up the table and get seated manually. Could this be the reason why its so hard to find any vacant seats at all sometimes. I've seen wait lists of more than 15 players at every table at a given level. It vcan take more than an hour to find 4 vacant seats.

This is by far my biggest problem with Prima.
