this guy has GOT to be a 2+2er for the amount of (mostly correct) pushing that he was doing short-handed and heads-up

the others were so weak-tight (except for that one other bald LAG) that I felt horribly sorry for them

I think he played awful and got real lucky. What gave you the impression he will be a powereful force? Was it when he wen tall in with a 52 off and sucked out? Or when he called an all in with k6 and spiked a 6 on the river? Don't get me worng he may be a good player that just played badly in that one. But there was no indication that he was good. Except phil seems to say he's good.

Billy played the same way on both shows, he played the same, the first hour he'd be waiting it out and be the short stack. Then in the 2nd hour, he changed gears and would run over the rest of the table, pushing the weak/tight players off their hands. Yes those two hands he got lucky, but at least he was taking a chance, not like the others (except for the Canadian pro) at the 200k final table

How many televised poker tourneys have you won?

Billy Hill is a legend. I predict he will win at least 15 bracelets.

He's a really good player, however, he was extremely lucky to win the 200K. From what they showed on TV, he never got any good cards to play. He just got lucky a few times was able to take that luck to victory.
