Re: Trop vs Taj Tournaments
One major difference is that the Taj tourneys are no-rebuys and the Trop offers rebuys and add ons on most of the tourneys. Taj tourney's are better IMO because I prefer no rebuys.

Re: Trop vs Taj Tournaments
The Borgata recently changed their daily tournaments to a freezeout structure.
Side note - I played in one on Thursday and asked the dealer when they switched to the freezeout structure. He looked at me and said, "What is a freezeout?" The same dealer later on told two players all-in to flip their cards when I hadn't yet called and had asked him to count the higher of the chip stacks. They showed A3o and AQo. The floor came over and said I could still call and my 88 held up to knock the two of them out. |
