tough AJo hand

Both players in this hand were semi-loose passive, was this a bad flop bet? Was this a value bet on the river? When that K hit I figured I was betting into a sure raise or check-raise, but I may have been in weak-tight mode.

I don't think you can fold the river here - your aces will hold up way too often. call the bet.

Bet the river, call one raise, don't call two.

You realize that I checked the river, it was bet and raised back to me right? I don't think theres much chance I am good here when its a bet and raise back to me.

im not exactly sure why your checking that river...

but the way it worked out, you saved yourself a bet...yes id fold the river 2 cold back to me

When you bet the river and get check-raised, you can fold it. I wouldn't call even one. I might call a raise, but not a checkraise.

I'm not really sure, something didn't sit right with me with that Kh falling. Any other card and I would've been betting. Like I said, I may have been in weak-tight mode...I'm new to 2/4 and may be giving my opponents too much credit.

Even if you give them too much credit, that is still a bet.
